We run a warehouse in Bhatiya, Gujarat. Three people, one room, about 800 products. If it's on the site, it's here.

Our margin comes from buying in volume at distributor rates — not from charging you more than what's printed on the box.

we hear about every week.

Wrong foundation shade

Most people pick foundation by looking at the cap colour or guessing from a photo online. That doesn't work. Your undertone matters more than your surface colour. A warm-undertone person wearing a cool-toned foundation looks grey. Walk into any store, swatch three shades on your jawline in natural light, and buy the one that disappears. We carry 14 shades across our tinted creams — if you tell us your last shade match we'll suggest the closest one.

Perfume in the bathroom

Heat and humidity break down fragrance molecules. A bottle of EDT stored in a steamy bathroom will lose its top notes within three months. Keep perfume in a cupboard or drawer, away from direct sunlight. A dark, cool shelf in your bedroom is fine. The fridge works too, though some people find it makes the spray feel cold. We've had customers complain a perfume "doesn't last" when the real issue was storage.

Trusting affiliate "top 10" lists

Search for "best moisturiser in India" and every result is an affiliate blog earning commission per click. The products in those lists aren't there because they're good — they're there because the brand pays the highest commission. Read the actual ingredient list. If the first three ingredients are water, dimethicone, and glycerin, you're paying for a basic formula regardless of what the box says. We list ingredients for every product on request.

Retinol without sunscreen

Retinol makes your skin more sensitive to UV. Using it at night is correct. But if you skip SPF the next morning, you undo most of the benefit and risk hyperpigmentation — the exact thing most people buy retinol to fix. Any SPF 30+ works. Our Morning Bloom Moisturiser has SPF 15, which is a minimum. If you're using retinol regularly, pair it with a dedicated sunscreen at SPF 50. We stock three that don't leave a white cast.

3-5 business days anywhere in India. We use BlueDart or Delhivery depending on which is faster for your pin code. Tracking number sent via SMS within 4 hours of dispatch. Package weight up to 2kg.

EXPRESS

₹149 flat

1-2 business days. Available for Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan only. Orders placed before 12pm ship same day. Other states default to standard. If express isn't available for your pin code, we'll refund the difference and ship standard.

Are your products original? +

Yes. We buy from authorised Indian distributors — the same distributors that supply retail chains. Every item in our warehouse has a valid batch code, MRP sticker, manufacturing date, and expiry date printed by the original manufacturer. We don't sell grey market or imported-without-licence stock. If you receive a product and suspect it's not genuine, call us and we'll replace it or refund you. It's never happened, but the offer stands.

Can I return an opened product? +

No. Cosmetics are hygiene products — once opened, we can't resell them, so we can't accept them back. This is an industry-wide standard, not something we invented. Sealed, unopened products can be returned within 7 days. If something arrives damaged (broken seal, wrong shade, expired), we replace it at no cost. Send us a photo and we'll sort it out within a day.

Do you ship to my city? +

If BlueDart or Delhivery delivers to your pin code, we ship there. That covers virtually every city and town in India. Remote areas in the Northeast, Ladakh, and the Andaman & Nicobar Islands can take up to 8 business days. Enter your pin code during checkout — if it's not serviceable, the form will tell you. International shipping is not available yet.

Why do you call to confirm orders? +

Two reasons. First, it prevents fake orders — we've had people enter random addresses as a joke, and calling catches that before we waste a courier fee. Second, it lets us verify the delivery address and suggest alternatives if something is out of stock. The call takes about two minutes. If we can't reach you after three attempts over 24 hours, we hold the order for another day and then cancel it.

Can I visit your warehouse? +

Yes. We're at 37VC+6VP, Main Bazar Rd, Bhatiya. Open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm. Call ahead so someone is there to help you — sometimes we're all out doing courier drops. You can test any perfume or skincare product before buying. No sales pressure, no commission. Walk in, try things, leave if nothing works. Most people who visit end up buying more than they planned because they can actually smell and feel the products before committing.
