Three ways to reach us. We respond to everything — usually within a couple of hours during business days.
Order status: Call or email with your name and phone number. We'll look it up and tell you where it is — usually takes less than a minute.
Wrong item received: Send a photo to glow@cetezuz.shop. We'll ship the correct item the same day and arrange pickup of the wrong one. No extra charge.
Shade matching: Taarini handles all shade questions. Tell us your skin type (oily, dry, combination), your undertone if you know it (warm, cool, neutral), and what you've used before. She'll suggest the closest match from our stock.
Bulk or wholesale orders: We offer volume pricing for orders over ₹15,000. Email us the list of products and quantities you need.
Phone: Immediate during business hours. If we miss your call, we'll ring back within 30 minutes.
Email: Same day during business hours. Emails received after 6pm are answered the next morning.
Walk-ins: Always welcome, but call ahead to make sure someone is at the warehouse. We're sometimes all out on courier runs between 2pm and 4pm.
