By placing an order on cetezuz.shop, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't order. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website, by phone, or in person at our warehouse.

All products are sold at the maximum retail price (MRP) printed on the packaging. Prices on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST where applicable. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but we don't guarantee that colours shown on screen match the physical product exactly — screen settings vary.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes don't affect orders that have already been confirmed by phone.

Submitting an order form on our website is a request to purchase, not a confirmed sale. The order is confirmed only after our team calls you and you verbally agree to proceed. If we can't reach you within 48 hours, we cancel the order automatically.

We may refuse or cancel any order if the product is out of stock, if the delivery address is unserviceable, or if we suspect the order is fraudulent.

We accept cash on delivery (COD), UPI, and bank transfer. No online card payments. COD is free. Payment is due upon delivery or upon confirmation via UPI/bank transfer. For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready — our couriers may not carry change.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days. Express is 1-2 business days for eligible pin codes. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or public holidays are beyond our control. See our Delivery & Return page for full shipping details.

Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened cosmetics cannot be returned. Damaged or defective products are replaced at no cost. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Full return policy details are on our Delivery & Return page.

Cetezuz Beauty is a retailer. We don't manufacture the products we sell and are not liable for manufacturing defects, allergic reactions, or product performance. If you experience an adverse reaction to a cosmetic product, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhatiya, Gujarat.
