Do I need to create an account?
No. We don't have user accounts. You add items to cart, fill in your name, phone, and address, and we call you to confirm. That's it.
Why do you call to confirm?
It catches fake orders before we waste a courier fee, and it lets us verify the address and suggest alternatives if something is out of stock. Takes about two minutes.
What if I don't pick up the confirmation call?
We try three times over 24 hours. If we still can't reach you, we hold the order for one more day and then cancel it. No charge.
Can I order by phone instead of the website?
Yes. Call us, tell us what you want, and we'll process it manually. Same prices, same shipping.
Do you accept online payment?
Not yet. We process all orders as cash on delivery (COD) or bank transfer after confirmation. UPI payments are accepted over the phone during the confirmation call.
Is there a COD fee?
No. COD is free on all orders.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders above ₹999. Below that, ₹79 flat anywhere in India. Express shipping (Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan only) is ₹149 flat for 1-2 day delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Gujarat: 1-3 days. Rest of India: 3-5 business days. Remote areas: up to 8 days. Orders placed before 2pm ship the same day.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. India only.
Can I pick up from your warehouse?
Yes. Free pickup from Main Bazar Rd, Bhatiya. Call ahead so we can have your order packed and ready.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We buy from authorised Indian distributors. Every product has a valid batch code, MRP label, and expiry date. We don't sell grey market, parallel import, or expired stock.
Can I test products before buying?
If you visit our warehouse in Bhatiya, yes. We have testers for most perfumes and some skincare. No pressure to buy.
Do you sell expired products?
No. We check expiry dates on every incoming shipment. If something is within 3 months of expiry, we pull it from the site and sell it at the warehouse at a discount, clearly marked. Nothing expired ships to customers.
A product I want is out of stock. When will it be back?
Call us. We can usually give you a restock date within a day. If it's a product we order regularly, it's typically back within 1-2 weeks.
Can I return something?
Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Damaged or defective items are replaced immediately — send a photo.
How long do refunds take?
5 working days after we receive the returned item. Refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
